Sushi workshop

Cooking is a way to relax for me. Sometimes it feels just as good as clothes shopping. The feeling of managing to mix some ingredients and come up with and interesting dish to eat.  So when we decided to go to a sushi workshop I was quite excited.

During the workshop we learned the basic technique of preparing sushi and we rolled our way through maki, nigiri and California rolls amongst others. The best part of it all was that we could actually eat our creations!
