One negative thing of EU is that nowadays I travel but don't get stamps in my passport. I used to love leafing in my passports, checking out the past visited countries. I now have a new passport and my recent trips to Malta and the UK still left my passport looking like it has never been used. A passport should always look used! I now added a Thai visa, which is pretty cool and in less then a month my passport will get it's first stamp. Hurray.I'm now counting the days to spend three weeks off work, exploring a country which such different culture than what I'm used to.
